The Nike Air Jordan 5 was also penned by Tinker Hatfield, who took the inspiration for the 5 from the fighter pilots of the Second World War before it was first launched on the market in 1990. Special features back then were the reflective 3M tongue, lace locks and the translucent sole, which was used for the first time in a Jordan model. Now Nike is releasing the Court classic in the *Olive* colorway. The upper is predominantly in the eponymous shade of green, while details such as the lining, the Jumpman and the spikes on the midsole are set off in orange.
